MyDirection is a digitised, client-centred survey that identifies risk factors associated to long-term work loss after physical or psychological injury or illness. MyDirection includes the option to offer ‘at risk’ claimants a proactive 1 on 1 coaching service, with qualified allied health professionals, to overcome these challenges.

An early, bespoke proactive intervention strategy, the MyDirection coaching service involves a structured and tailored program that empowers individuals to achieve recovery and return to work goals via activity-based modules.
